Giuliani's and Bush's Guy

Remember this was Bush's nomination for the Head of Homeland Security, who withdrew his name because he had hired a couple of illegal immigrants to work in his house. Also remember both Bush and Giuliani said he was a strong stand up guy. I think swindling, deceiving, law-breaking cock sucker would have been more appropriate!!
